Skinny Cucumberita (160 calories)
1 oz Patron
.5 oz Citronge
.5 oz Agave
1/2 Lime (pressed)
Cucumber
In mixing glass, muddle cucumber with agave, add all ingredients, shake and strain into ice filled
bucket glass, rim with tagarashi/salt if desired.

Blueberry Fizz (154 calories)
.75 PAMA
.75 Stoli Blueberi
.5 Agave
Squeeze 3 lemon slices
Splash soda
Muddle 2 rasp/blue berries
Muddle berries with agave, add ingredients except soda, shake and strain into ice filled glass,
top with soda and garnish.

Benihana Skinny Strawberry Mojito
5 Strawberry Halves
2 oz. Mojito Rum
1 oz. Strawberry Puree
Club Soda
Muddle strawberry halves in a mixing glass. Add rum, strawberry puree and ice and shake for ten seconds. Pour into glass and top with club soda.
