Celebrate Bourbon Month at Fontainebleau Miami Beach
September is National Bourbon Month. Until September 30, the iconic hotel Fontainebleau Miami Beach is offering bourbon lovers great options from whiskey flights at Micheal Mina’s StripSteak to specialty cocktails at their circular lobby bar Bleau Bar and Scott Conant’s Scarpetta.
At StripSteak by Michael Mina, premium bourbon connoisseurs can experience High West specialty cocktails, such as Happy Trails ($15) and Old Pals on the Prairie ($18) created with High West’s American Prairie.
While at the bar, whiskey flight options are available for $22 per flight, and guests can mix and match if they wish. The three premium flights are listed below:

National Anthem Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
1.5oz Buffalo Trace Bourbon
.5oz Pamplemousse Liquor
.5oz Lemon Juice
.5oz Honey
Orange peel for garnish
Method
Combine all ingredients in a shaker and shake well.
Pour over ice in a rocks glass and garnish with an orange peel.
