Take your palate on a trip around the world at Red Tapas Bar & Grille. Scheduled to open up in October 2012, Red Tapas Bar & Grill, is the latest venture by the team behind Cabo Flats Cantina & Tequila Bar. When you walk inside, you will enjoy the casual ambiance, be drawn to the eye-catching bar top filled with red liquid and illuminated from below, and delight over the creative menu of hot and cold tapas, flatbreads, paellas and more. Signature items will include Duck & Waffles (smoked duck, waffles, fried egg & real maple syrup); Greek Ravioli (kalamata, feta, spinach and aioli); Red House Paella; and Hum Bow Dumplings with pork, carrots, celery, ginger, garlic and sweet apple sauce. There will also be a lengthy Sangria menu, beer list, cocktail menu and international wine list.
Weekly specials include 2-for-1 sangria pitcher night; kids eat free day; ladies night; all-you-can-eat paella; and more. To kick things off, Red Tapas Bar is holding a contest where 5 diners (and their guests) will be invited to a pre-opening VIP party to try out the restaurant before their official opening. To enter, guests need to visit their website and become a Red VIP.
Red Tapas Bar & Grill will be open at Downtown at the Gardens, 11701 Lake Victoria Gardens Ave. #5101, Palm Beach Gardens. The restaurant will be open from 11:00 am until midnight Sunday through Tuesday and until 2:00 am on Wednesday through Saturday.
