Level One Miami Opens in Brickell

Level One Miami is Brickell’s newest bar and lounge venue featuring modern Italian cuisine with internationally-inspired accents and exotic cocktails. Helmed by Executive Chef Ricardo Nieri, Level One’s cuisine takes guests in a journey around the world.

Chef Nieri signature dishes include Cashew Crusted Prime Filet Mignon & Pumpkin Gorgonzola Risotto,

Seafood Casserole,

and Banana Brullee.

Alumnus of Alma La Scuola Internazionale Di Cucina Italiana, Chef Ricardo draws inspiration from his travels around the globe and previous experiences at 1 Star Michelin restaurant Pierino Penati, The Colonnade Hotel and Pali Mall Bistro in London and Pax Restaurante in Rio De Janeiro to conceptualize his “modern Italian cuisine with Asian influences and Amazon spices.”

With great attention to detail, the 230 seat industrial interior dining room features an urban space of dark hues and bright accents, brown pickled wood tables, and edgy portraits of Brazilian Photographer Alex Korolkovas’ Valentina decorating the restaurant walls. An intimate lounge on the second floor officially debuts in March 2017 with after dark programming, while currently available for private events complete with amenities and wait staff.

Level One is open 7 days a week, featuring lunch Monday – Friday from 11:30 am to 3 pm and Saturday – Sunday from 11:30 am to 5 pm; happy hour 7 days a week from 5 pm to 8 pm; and dinner Sunday – Thursday from 6 pm to 11 pm and Fridays and Saturdays from 6 pm to 12 am. The lounge area is scheduled to begin its late night programming this month, March 2017.
