Day 8: A Celebration of Chocolate – Green Tea Chocolate Lava Cake from Palm Sugar

We continue our journey through the world of chocolate and find ourselves on Clematis Street in West Palm Beach. On the corner of Dixie and Clematis, stands Palm Sugar – a hip hangout serving a flavorful Asian menu item throughout the day. In addition to their regular menu, Palm Sugar serves up a sweet line-up of desserts
like their signature cupcakes, Yuzu Cheesecake Parfait and a Vanilla Panna Cotta and a warm Green Tea Chocolate Lava Cake. This molten chocolate lava cake is filled with warm white chocolate and green tea ganache and served with homemade green tea ice cream adding an unexpected twist to a classic.
