It’s a gathering of chefs this summer at Max’s Harvest in Delray Beach thanks to Chef Patrick Broadhead and Chef Eric Baker. This culinary duo has invited in 16 of the hottest chefs in the area to compete in a showdown, bracket-style competition, similar to the popular TV series “Knife Fights.” Each week two chefs will compete, with the winning chef moving to the next round. This will continue for 15 weeks, until one chef takes home the crown.
This weekly event will take place on Wednesday evenings starting at 9:30 p.m at Max’s Harvest. The series kicks off on Wed., June 17 and will continue until the final on September 23. Cost to attend the chef vs chef events is $10 per person (donation to Naoma Donnelley Haggin Boys & Girls Club in Delray Beach) and will include a complimentary beer, wine or cocktail. Additional drinks and food items will be available at happy hour prices.
