By eating tacos, of course. While many tacos fans will run to their favorite Mexican restaurant, we have a better option for you. Head over to Lincoln Road and stop at Huahua’s Taqueria. This new taqueria, run by celebrity chef Todd Erickson and the HaVen Gastro – Lounge team, is putting a spin on the traditional taco.
For 1 day only, Huahua’s will celebrate by offering one of Chef Todd Erickson’s newest creations — the Apple Pie Taco. This sweet sensation ($3.49) starts off with a hard taco shell that’s coated with cinnamon sugar. It is then filled with flan custard and apple pie filling and topped with whipped cream. Hurry fast, because this taco will be offered only on Fri, Oct. 4th.
