If you’re a fan of Antonio Bachour (@Bachour1234), you’ll be happy to hear that his highly anticipated bakery, Bachour Bakery + Bistro, opened its doors this past week. Not only can you now enjoy Bachour’s sweet treats and morning pastries (we’ve been dreaming about them since our last tasting with Bachour), you can pair them with savory breakfast and lunch dishes by former Eating House Chef/Partner Henry Hané.
This new bakery — located in the southeast corner of the Brickell World Plaza at 600 Brickell Avenue — will be open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. and on Saturday and Sunday from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m. It will feature a variety of Bachour’s signature pastries like Petit Gateaux, Pistachio Dacquoise, Guava and Cream Cheese Tarts, cookies, macaroons, chocolate bonbon and more — and all range in price from $3-5.
Items on Hané’s breakfast ($9-12) menu include a Granola Bowl, Chia Seed Pudding, a Truffle Bun with scrambled eggs, cheddar, bacon jam, arugula and truffle aioli on brioche and more. Lunch and early dinner items include a variety of salads like the Charred Wedge with pork belly, radish, blue cheese and buttermilk ranch couscous; a Smoked Salmon Tartine; and a Black Grouper with corn puree, quinoa succotash and pickled salad
Boutique wines, craft beers and non-alcoholic beverages like a Frozen Milk Coffee will also be available for purchase.
Bachour Bakery + Bistro is located at 600 Brickell Avenue in Miami; 305-330-6310
