A Celebration of Chocolate: Day 2 – Passion Fruit Hazelnut Milk Chocolate Cake from db Bistro Moderne Miami

When the holidays roll around, we are given a reason to celebrate. So what better time to celebrate than the month of February, as it’s the Celebration of Chocolate Month.

Follow us all month for some decadent chocolate dishes at local restaurants — we’ve even snagged some recipes to keep you busy in the kitchen.

Today — February 2nd — we are taking a trip to db Bistro Moderne Miami, located inside the JW Marriott Marquis. Chef Jerome Maurer has created a Passion Fruit Hazelnut Milk Chocolate Cake complete with Hazelnut Biscuit, Jivara Ganache, Banana-Passion Fruit Sorbet.
