For the 5th of February, we are off to Solo or paradise for any chocolate lover. This chic patisserie located at Fontainebleau Miami Beach features unique edible confections — and has been hailed by the Wall Street Journal as having “extraordinary cakes bordering on the surreal.” For Valentine’s Day this year, Executive Pastry Chef, Jordi Panisello, has an amazing line-up sweets that will win anyone over. Think — Strawberry Rose Petal Cakes; Chocolate Heart Lollipops; Raspberry Passion Fruit Napoleon and Cherry, Pistachio, Gianduja and White Godiva Macaroons.
