It was an exciting night in Chicago, last night, as the 2017 James Beard Award Winners were announced. This prestigious award – given out to the top chefs, restaurants and others in the culinary field – is one of the most coveted awards in the industry (Think the Emmy’s of the food industry) and now, thanks to modern technology, you can listen along live.
