Taking place at the stunning Marlins Park on Thursday, November 1, 2012, Sweet Miami Lemonade will not be your average night of hot dogs and homers. Hosted by acclaimed pastry chef Hedy Goldsmith and spanning a private VIP level at the Park, each of four suites will feature delicious treats paired with signature cocktails highlighting original recipes from Hedy’s first cookbook, “BAKING OUT LOUD: Fun Desserts with Big Flavors” (October 2, Clarkson Potter / Publishers.) In addition to being among the first to indulge in desserts such as Hedy’s, Tangerine Creamsicle Pot de Creme, Buttered Popcorn Gelato and Junk in da Trunk cookies, guests will be contributing to finding a cure for all childhood cancers as funds raised from the event will support pediatric cancer research projects through Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation.
