A Celebration of Chocolate: Day 3 – Nutellino from Osteria Acqua & Farina

When the holidays roll around, we are given a reason to celebrate. So what better time to celebrate than the month of February, as it’s the Celebration of Chocolate Month.

Follow us all month for some decadent chocolate dishes at local restaurants — we’ve even snagged some recipes to keep you busy in the kitchen.

Today — February 3rd — we are taking a trip to Osteria Acqua & Farino, one of my favorite pizzerias in Fort Lauderdale. It’s owned by Giovanni Rocchio, who also owns Valentino’s Cucina Italiana, and is located at 1145 S. Federal Hwy., Fort Lauderdale; 954-523-1140. Their signature dessert is the Nutellino, a calzone filled with nutella and whipping cream.
